Terms

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes.
  • Bluprint IT shall only provide a warranty on on hardware that Bluprint IT has built.  Unless it has been agreed to the contrary and there is signed documentation in place, a one year warranty will be provided on hardware that Bluprint IT has built that shall begin from the point of purchase covering parts and labour.  Please note that in the event of Warranty work taking place, Bluprint IT is not responsible for any customer data - hence the hardware will be returned to the customer in the state the customer orignally received it in.
  • Bluprint IT shall only provide a warranty on websites that Bluprint IT has built.  Unless it has been agreed to the contrary and there is signed documentation in place, a one year warranty will be provided on websites that Bluprint IT has built that shall begin from the point of purchase covering Joomla framework (web data and database) and labour.  Please note that in the event of warranty work taking place, Bluprint IT is not responsible for any customer data - hence the website will be returned to the customer in the state the customer originally received it in.
  • In the event of any work being requested, Bluprint IT reserves the right to request a 25% deposit before any work is undertaken.
  • If Bluprint IT has any reason to believe that any fee's due will not be paid, Bluprint IT reserves the right to discontinue and therefore retain the right to any work undertaken.
  • Bluprint IT only accepts cash, credit/debit card or paypal transfers as valid forms of payment.  Under no circumstances are cheques or postal orders considered a valid form of payment.
  • In the event of Bluprint IT being called out for a repair, a fix being suggested but turned down by the customer - the minimum of £40 will be chargeable (Based on the on-site fee of £40/hour)
